- Draft — Guides may use AI assistance to produce a clear first version efficiently.
- Verify — Before a data-heavy guide is published or refreshed, its material claims must be checked against the linked source material.
- Publish or hold — A guide with unverified, time-sensitive, or unsupported claims is held for revision rather than presented as a current reference.
